Coaching
A customized plan will be designed in collaboration with school leadership.
Transform math teaching & learning through customized content coaching.
We collaborate with each of our partners across a variety of schools and districts to
create a highly customized plan to
- meet the specific needs of the community
- assess the needs of individual teachers, teams, leaders, and/or coaches
- set mutually agreed upon goals and a plan for how to achieve them
- design a structure for the work (virtual, on-site, or hybrid)
Content Coaching is a model of engaging teachers in the art of refining their practice by deeply understanding the content they’re teaching and pedagogical tools needed to enhance learning.
- A content coach focuses on the instructional core, and uses a three-part cycle that includes planning, co-teaching, and debriefing lessons.
- Because the model is rooted in teacher development it is highly individualized and focuses on setting specific goals for teacher improvement.
- Collaboration and providing specific actionable feedback are the cornerstones of this coaching model.

Joyful Learner Series (Pre K-2)
The Joyful Learner Series is a collection of playful routines designed to develop students’ learning habits of mind. These short routines will create joyful learners, which is what every early childhood classroom needs!
Each 5-10 minute routine is built around helping children to engage with each other; this includes developing their capacity to listen and communicate their ideas, to stay present in learning, and to advocate for their needs as learners.
PreK-2 Starter Set includes ALL 17 lessons across all three areas (Drawing, Language, and Movement Routines)
